STUDENT FUNDING

Student funding for the course and living expenses while in the course are available, the cost of the twelve week Medical Office Assistant program is $5,400 and the cost of the fourteen week Medical Office Assistant With Unit Clerk program is $8,600 this includes all textbooks and miscellaneous costs. Students who are applying for student funding must speak with an enrolment councillor by calling 825-975-0302 students will know the same day if they are approved for student funding and living expenses while in the program.

Most students and adult students are immediately approved for student funding plus an additional amount for living expenses while they are in the program. It’s best to have a copy of your high school transcripts handy when you call to speak with an enrolment councillor, this will help them qualify you for approval on the same day.

Newcomers to Canada that have lived in Alberta or British Columbia for 12 months or are permanent residents are eligible for student funding, please have your original credential documents from your country of origin handy when you call to speak with an enrolment councillor.
